The A-companies located in Porvoo, is a constantly developing, innovative concern focused on renting and building rental flats. The parent company Porvoon A-asunnot Oy established in 1965, builds and administers the concern’s versatile arava-rental housing stock. The subsidiary Kiinteistö Oy A-lukaali is liable for the non-subsidised rental housing stock and produces services for the whole concern. Kiinteistö Oy A-lukaali owns two companies; Asunto Oy Suomentalo and Kiinteistö Oy Hansatie 10.

The A-companies’ main owner is the City of Porvoo.

The A-companies represent strong skills in housing and its vision is to provide housing services for toddlers to “Golden Oldies.”
