Arava-flats

For those applying for an arava-flat the means test prescribed by The Housing and Development Centre of Finland ARA is followed, where the choosing criteria are the need for housing, assets and income. Priority is given to homeless and others in more urgent need of housing, those of limited means and low income groups.
